Why is Backtesting disabled?

Backtesting is disabled for two reasons.
1) Protecting the user. NightProfit's algorithm analyzes the market in real time - the settings that would work in the past would not work in the present - leading to losses for users who then go around screaming "scam". The only way to find the optimized settings is to test on a Demo account in real time. Unlike NightProfit 2, the first version had a different algorithm, based on a rule-based strategy - not based on real time market analysis, so we left Backtesting enabled on the first version.
2) Protecting StarTrade. Malicious users or competitors could potentially analyze a wealth of backtesting data in order to figure out NightProfit's trading strategy and copy it. We need to protect our intellectual property and have full rights to do so.
